Dr. Alexander is a distinguished Higher Education and Learning & Development leader with more than 25 years of experience driving institutional growth and academic excellence. As the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Palm Beach State College (PBSC), he oversees academic operations across the Loxahatchee Groves and Belle Glade campuses, successfully blending strategic policy development with high-impact learning environments to exceed student success targets.
Throughout his career, Dr. Alexander has held pivotal leadership roles nationwide, including Campus Director, Program Director, Assistant Dean, and Associate Dean. His expertise spans complex academic navigation, innovation, and rigorous accreditation processes. Deeply committed to the student experience, he also serves in the classroom as an Adjunct Instructor in Business Administration and Management.
Dr. Alexander holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Human Resources Management from Walden University, alongside an MBA and Post-MBA from Long Island University. He is ACUE certified in Effective Online Teaching Practices and brings a strong analytical foundation from his prior Series 7 and 66 certifications.
