Palm Beach Harvest - Chief Executive Officer
Deborah Morgan is the Chief Executive Officer of Palm Beach Harvest, a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing and redistributing food to individuals, families, and partner agencies across Palm Beach County.
Her journey with the organization began in 1998 as a volunteer, transporting surplus food from local grocery stores to community partners while raising her young family. What started as a meaningful way to give back quickly grew into a lifelong commitment to addressing food insecurity in the community.
Today, Deborah leads Palm Beach Harvest with a hands-on approach, helping guide the organization’s growth from a small volunteer effort into a countywide operation. Under her leadership, Palm Beach Harvest now works with nearly 200 volunteers to rescue and distribute approximately 5 million pounds of food annually, serving more than 100 partner agencies and reaching tens of thousands of residents each year.
With a background in agriculture as a former commercial beekeeper, Deborah brings a unique perspective to sustainability and food systems. She also serves on the Board of Directors for The Salvation Army, further demonstrating her deep commitment to community service and collaboration.
